Question 1

What can the website chat answer?

Accepted Answer

It answers questions from the business’s saved services, weekly hours, FAQs, and booking rules. If a detail is not in that saved information, it says it does not know. The chat conversation itself does not save your contact details or create or confirm an appointment.

Question 2

How do I share my contact details?

Accepted Answer

Use the separate “Share your details” form. It asks for your name, email, and a note about what you need help with; phone is optional.

Question 3

How does website booking work, and when is an appointment confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Use the separate “Book an appointment” flow to choose a saved service, date, and available time shown in the business’s timezone. Then provide your name and email; phone is optional. The selected time is checked again when you submit. The saved booking rule determines whether your appointment is confirmed right away or saved as a request awaiting business confirmation. If the time is no longer available, choose another slot.

Question 4

What can the configured phone agent do?

Accepted Answer

When configured, it can collect your name, valid email, and reason for calling, check real availability, and offer only times returned for a saved service. It can book or request an exact returned time and reports a booking or confirmation only after the booking tool returns success.

Question 5

What is included in each monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

Standard is $199 per month and includes the chat agent. KestrelBell Plus is $275 per month and includes the chat agent and phone agent.
